About us

Kadrian and Tiffany's Capstone Project was created to inspire hope, resilience, and emotional growth among elementary-age girls and their families in rural communities. We aim to bridge the gap between schools, families, and mental health support by offering age-friendly education, engaging activities, and tools that help girls develop confidence, coping skills and self-worth. We understand that growing up in a small town comes with its own set of challenges limited access to resources, social pressures, and the need for safe spaces to express feelings.

Our mission

Our mission is to empower young minds in rural communities by addressing mental health challenges unique to their environment. We aim to make a significant impact on the well-being of rural elementary-age girls. We hope to achieve specific changes and improvements by focusing on confidence, coping skills and self-worth.
